Income documents

Employees: income certificate on the bank's form and bank statements. Business: PIT, KPiR or revenue records, ZUS and tax office certificates. Foreign-language documents usually need a sworn translation.

Property documents

Preliminary or developer agreement, land register (KW) number, valuation report (ordered by the bank), and for new builds the developer's information prospectus.

02No translation

Foreign documents (e.g. marriage certificate) need a sworn translation.
